libvirt: Add HGST volume type support w/os-brick
Add a VolumeDriver shim for the HGST Solutions os-brick connector. This volume driver shim will allow HGST shared Spaces on local SSD to be attached to local and remote Nova instances.

The spec was abandoned since we said we only need the shim connector code in nova, which you still need with os-brick. I think we should just trivially approve this blueprint since it kind of got lost in process but the nova code is available and depends on the os-brick change. -- mriedem 20150715
We agreed in the 7/16 nova meeting that we don't need a spec for this, we'll just trivially approve the blueprints for tracking since the code has already been up for awhile. -- mriedem
