I believe we need standard rest-api tools in our openstack-common

nova api use it's own api mechanism and keystone api only use wsgi in openstack-common
now we need to maintain two or more same codes, that did not a good way.
I believe it's time for us to split the openstack common out

Whiteboard
This is a good idea in general. I think the right way to do it is to assist in the work on the wsgi code in openstack-common. If and when it gets to the point that nova could use it, we could have a blueprint to update nova to use it. Until then, this is really an openstack-common project. --russellb
