Resize containers without restarting them

docker containers do not get extra support from openstack. They are treated just like virtual machines. While resizing (i.e. increase/decrease CPU/Memory allocation) the containers dynamically, openstack (nova) restarts the docker containers. I think that resizing containers without disrupting their execution would require support from openstack as well as novadocker. As of now, openstack simply copies, stops, reschedules and restarts the container on resizing, treating them as a virtual machine. This feature will add support for resizing the docker containers without disrupting their execution.
