the position of notification-bubbles should be really at the top

actually the volume notification-bubble comes up in the empty space i've marked on the picture, i think a better behaviour would be to normally have the notifications really on top directly under the panel and if one changes the volume at the same time or a new notification comes up, the other notification appears under the already shown notification...?!
