I think having a default mp3 Store wouldn't be that useful.
What about users who are already member/registered in a music store ?
I bet most of them want still using it.
Elementary should have a deal with various music stores and propose them in Noise.
This could be done in a similar way to the Windows 7 web browser proposal.
That way the user could select none, one or all of the music stores.
7 Digital, Amazon MP3 Store, Jamendo and Magnatune would be excellent choices as a music store.
