Load audio files into memory

This setting is useful for avoiding audio click/pop when accessing files over a network or external disk. It already exists in an application called "Sonora" for Mac OS X and works great.
An important feature is to *not* bother the user if the network connection drops and the player can't find the file.
iTunes handles this very badly: it flags the file as non-existent and asks to locate it. You end up having to close all warnings, quit iTunes, remount the share, reopen iTunes, and hope the file is unflagged.
Sonora handles it beautifully: it just does not play the file. You remount the share and just click "play" again.
