Replacement for "Attach UI" menu option

The "Attach UI" menu item should be replaced with the option to show/hide values on individual or all nodes.
-> Add ContextMenu item (right click on node) entry for nodes: "Hide/show values".
-> Remove the "Attach UI" menu item.
-> Add a "Select all" menu item in the "Edit" group.
-> Add Context menu item "Select All" on empty background.
