glftpd passwd compatibility

Although nlftpd uses SHA for its password hashes, backwards compatibility will be provided for glftpd crypt format passwords.
This will work by:
Having a passwd file in glftpd format that is either a crypt or SHA hash.
Upon succesful login by the user the stored hash will be upgraded (using the plaintext from login) to SHA and the database rewritten.
