Setup initial debs based on minimal change to source

Load the initial source from Sun into Launchpad and setup initial debs. The only change will be to replace the start-here.png icon. This icon is currently set for OpenSolaris and will be changed to ubuntu. Purpose is to provide a proof of concept and to identify initial problems.
