Import NC8 database of Intrastat codes

The list of intrastat products and services is available on French Prodouane:

We have to check, but it seems that the most important files are:

So my comment would be to provide a module with the updated data.
There is more than 15.000 lines in each file.
It would be great to have it included in the module.
This Data is common to European companies. So it is worth importing.
