August-20 (mestery): Removing from Juno, no consensus on this patch with two -2s on it still.

20-July (mestery): Welcome to Juno-3 as low priority!

12-June (mestery): Removing Juno target for now. The specification hasn't passed Jenkins and is not approved. Additionally, this will need third party CI active and running before being merged. Once the spec is approved we can retarget Juno-2.
