Quantum System Test

System test aims to provide testing of an entire system, differentiating it from unit testing which tends to focus on a single component. System test should take into consideration things like scale, failures, different configurations, etc. There is likely to be a lab requirement for system test.
We are going to explore how we can leverage the OpenStack Jenkin's infrastructure.
System test should also include a security analysis of the system.
