Support for advanced service router
This blueprint is to add support for advanced services, such as load balancer, firewall, and vpn, on an logic router.
An advanced service VM will be deployed per logic router instance when a user requests to create a router that can provide advanced services. Users will be able to use lbaas/fwaas/vpnaas plugins to configure the advanced service VM and provide these services to tenant networks.
