NVP 'Network Gateway' feature support
The aim of this blueprint is provide support for "Layer-2 Gateways", a NVP specific feature.
This support will be provided through an extension available for the NVP plugin only, in a way similar to several extensions supported by the cisco plugin.
The extension will configure Layer-2 connections between Quantum networks and external networks. Even if similar in some terms, this is however different from the provider networks feature. For this reason a different extension is being proposed instead of re-using provider networks.
