Cisco UCS Manager ML2 Plugin for Openstack Networking

Registered by Sandhya Dasu

This blueprint adds ML2 mechanism driver support for Cisco UCS Manager into OpenStack Networking. This ML2 mechanism driver would be instrumental in bringing Cisco VM-Fex support to Openstack.
This blueprint would allow port configuration to be applied to Cisco PCI passthrough ports managed by Cisco UCS Manager.
This blueprint also specifies how to bring up non-SR-IOV based (regular) VMs using the Cisco Ucs Manager.
