Implement Icehouse plugin for MidoNet
Update the MidoNet plugin to be compatible with features in Icehouse. MidoNet now contains API that accepts Neutron data models. This makes the plugin code less complex, and also makes it easier to deal with syncing of data between Neutron and MidoNet.
