Feb-18-2016(armax): code complete. Docs and Nova integration pending
Jan-28-2016(armax): first working prototype available on 233306. Finalized requirements for initial release. Ready to roll, once tests and docs are in place. python-
binding. Nova team to revising the boot process to leverage the new API.
Jan-24-2016(armax): this will be actively worked on during the Nova mid-cycle. Further updates at the end of the week.
Jan-21-2016(armax): Neutron code prototype to be cleaned up. Nova code changes to be taken over by the Nova team. Chances are that the Nova side of the changes might not make Mitaka. We'll work round the clock to close the loop on the Neutron side of the house.
