Floating IP Description
When you have a dozen sysadmins co-managing a tenant, it is hard to keep track of floating-ip's associated with the tenant. It would be nice if you could add a description to floating-ip's that can show up in horizon when selecting a floating-ip that a tenant, can use, so you can avoid floating-ip's intended for other purposes (Temporarily disassociated but will re-associate soon)

Its a feature request. Feature requests dont go obsolete. I still find people accidently reusing floating ips badly in the se pronect because one team member detaches one for a bit and another grabs it because its "free". If there was a description "foo.com" on it, they would know not to reuse it and allocate a new one.
