Two test nodes, with libvirt capabilities, behind the bastion
The two nodes need a 1GbE NIC which connects to VLAN 3990 native and 3990-3999 tagged each

The bastion node is netstack-
There are two worker nodes behind it: ns-ci-hv01 and ns-cs-hv02
The two nodes have a jenkins user with SSH keys accessible from the bastion. The jenkins user on the worker nodes have access to the kvm device and the libvirt service in order to spin up VMs.
