Provide Domain Name on Neutron Network
Neutron supports a set of DNSes, Gateway, CIDR, IP Version, and some other key
elements. One key element that is missing is the domain name.
Currently, the domain name gets set by the DHCP server and is set across the
entire cloud (typically set the by dhcp_agent.ini attribute dhcp_domain).
Clouds will typically support many domains, perhaps separated physical
networks, subdividing existing domains, or many other reasons.
By providing this attribute as part of the Network object in Neutron, clients
gain the flexibility to further subdivide their network and gain greater
control of their infrastructure.
