Diameter load Balancer as a Service

This Blueprint is regarding the proposal and design to implement diameter based load balancer as a service. This load balancer shall be VNF agnostic. This Diameter loan balancer shall not differentiate between PCRF or HSS while handling diameter messages. The main functions of the diameter as a load balancer would be
a) To distribute the diameter message among the VNFs by using some algorithm.
b) the subsequent messages after the initial diameter message shall be sent to the same VNF.
