Cisco VPNaaS with Cisco CSR router (interim workaround)
Integrate the existing Cisco CSR VPNaaS drivers with the Cisco CSR router VM running as a Neutron router, instead of an out-of-band Cisco CSR router running in a VM (as is currently implemented).
