(mangelajo) I suspect this is yet out of scope, could you clarify a bit what do you mean exactly? Aggregated network bandwidth limit across hosts?
Btw, in the new process this should be an RFE bug, and not a blueprint yet.
(vikram) I agree with Ajo. BTW, the intention is simple. In the current QoS implementation, network qos-rules are applied to all the ports uniformly in the network. This may be wrong. Consider a case where the user just want 20 mbps speed for the entire network but the current implementation will end up in allowing 20 * num_of_
