Add ofport to port name in ovs bridge

Now in ovs bridge, port name is like qvo876c9c6d-30, we can not get ofport from its name, it's inconvenient when you dump flows. It's useful to rename the port name like qvo-xxx-ofp21, where 21 is the ofport in i's bridge.
