Adding description field to network and subnet
Currently networks objects don't have a description, suggest adding such a field for networks and subnets. Example in Glance image under description I can add informative data about the image or it's use.
Adding such a field IMHO would be very useful, this should later be add to Horizon as well.
That way a user selecting a network wouldn't have to guess intended use or could see relevant info at a glance.
Neutron net-update should also support updating this field as well.
For instance on my setup I'd add on a network description something like: Private network for projectX, no DHCP, VLAN3, gateway x.y.z.w. That way any one using this network would see details easily on Horizon or CLI with net-show.

+1, I'd also like to see a description for security group rules - comment from one of our users: "as a service provider in openstack, I would like to have comments in my firewall rules so that I can describe our contact points with the internet", "use case - we have a temporary IP that we're adding now and want to know it's differing from other rules", "use case - sometimes other admins need to know why some things are open before they're shut down"
