The Scheduler Domain

The scheduler domain is the part of the NetworkMonitor that will handle scheduling of commands. The scheduler will receive events from an outside service, containing the current date and time. When commands should run, the scheduler will fire an event which will be handled by an other domain that has the knowledge of how the command should be run and what to do with the output.
