Hyper-V Neutron QoS

Neutron QoS was first introduced in Liberty. In order to use this feature, the Neutron server will have to be configured to use the QoSPlugin, by having the following in the neutron.conf file:

service_plugins = neutron.services.l3_router.l3_router_plugin.L3RouterPlugin,neutron.services.metering.metering_plugin.MeteringPlugin,neutron.services.qos.qos_plugin.QoSPlugin

RPC calls for any updates on the QoS policies will have to be handled.

This feature will require an os-win version that includes support for setting limits on given vNICs / vSwitch ports. [2]
