DBUS communicate the quality of the network encryption (especially WLAN)

Network Manager should communicate (DBus) the state of the network (quality of encryption). A simple rate number where at least the encryption (WEP, WAP, none, ...) and the password quality are used should be enough.
This information can be used by the browser to automatically forbid online banking when bad encryption is used (no banking over unencrypted WLAN).
This could also help for shopping sites, mailing, ...
This is toprotect the user from loosing important information to sniffers and MITM attacks
