NM should chose the most secure network connection available

I am registered to several WLANs. Normally I use encrypted ones. But in my area there are also low security WLANs.
NM just connects to the next one.

Having the option, Network Manager should chose the better encrypted network (WAP>WEP>none). Maybe also decide based on the quality of the password
("kfuawbe<d8734jg!">"asfza23">"password">"pass").

If possible, calculate a security rating (maybe between 1 and 10) and select the best one.
