Net locations in the menu

A new section in the menu should show Net locations. These could be saved in the user's home hidden folder (.local) the same way the Wine apps are, and pyinotify to could take of that. We could use .desktop files for this, just the same way we do for Wine.

The user should also be able to add new locations.
