Collect WeatherGoose statistics with Cricket

NAV should be able to automatically configure Cricket to collect statistics from IT Wathcdogs' WeatherGoose product. The proprietary IT-WATCHDOGS-MIB has separate tables for each type of sensor, whether they be internal or external.
