Implement SNMPv3 support

We are from UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina - Brazil) and here we are search a network monitoring tool to replace IPSwitch WhatsUP Gold. So, we have found this nice tool. But, one of our basic requirements is SNMPv3 device's polling method. Thus, it will be really nice if this fantastic tool can offer SNMPv3 support.
