Rename Edit DB to Seed DB

1. Change the name to Seed Database, url seeddb. Links from all over updated.
2. There is a reported bug on add prefix and dropdown static: SF#1805143.
3. Remove product (see strip-device-management spec)
4. If time: update style (see new-web-design spec)
5. Sorting by cabling/patch columns in EditDB doesn't work, see SF#1803283

To upgrade, run "make install" the whole of NAV, then do the following:

mv /usr/local/nav/etc/editdb.conf /usr/local/nav/etc/seeddb.conf

# Optionally, uninstall old editdb (tool file should at least be removed)
rm /usr/local/nav/apache/tools/editdb.tool
rm -r /usr/local/nav/apache/webroot/editdb
rm /usr/local/nav/apache/webroot/js/editdbTemplate.js
rm /usr/local/nav/apache/webroot/style/editdbTemplate.css
rm /usr/local/nav/lib/python/nav/web/templates/editdbTemplate.py
rm /usr/local/nav/apache/webroot/images/toolbox/tools/editdb.png
