Add support for LLDP-MIB to the reimplemented getBoksMacs

As of today, getBoksMacs supports CDP (Cisco Discovery Protocol) collection, as part of its priming of topology information. LLDP-MIB support should be added, as vendors are moving away from CDP to the standardized LLDP (to avoid Cisco licensing costs)
After reimplementing getBoksmacs this blueprint should be looked at and thus embed the LLDP part.
