IP Device Info cleanup

The IP DEvice Info page has too much infomation on one page. And we would also like to include more info (see blueprints for graphing the topology as seen from the device and introducing a room view).
A better approach is to split IP dev info into a number of tabs. Of course making it possible to hyperlink directly to a given tab from other parts of NAV.
Tabs can be: status, DNS info, interfaces, room, subnet/vlan.
