A nautilus plugin for changing the image resolution without openning any other program

I usually have to change the resolution of my images to 72dpi for screen use only. It is hard to do this one by one and with the GIMP. Recently I've got the nautilus-image-converter thinking it could do that. The nautilus-image-converter is a great plugin. The plugin I am proposing would be something like that but to change the image resolution, not the size. We would right click on the image (or a multiple selection of them) and choose "change the image resolution". A dialog would pop-up. View the actual image resolution. Set the new image resolution and whether it will be saved as a new file or it should overwrite the actual file. Set the new file name, if it is applied and click on OK button. It should be easy like that. Now we need someone that can make it.
