Miller columns for view finder

A hybrid of list and icon view. It shows an alphabetical list. Instead of the arrow that opens the list below it, on click, a new window is formed which is to the right, NOT on top of the current one, and that includes a list of the entire contents of the chosen folder. It is by default, a narrow window, but behaves like a window with scroll bars as necessary. A new column forms on the fly each time a folder is chosen.
