Double-Click to Minimize the Side Panel

Currently if you tap the resizing bar it minimizes automatically. This is bad mainly for two reasons: There is always the risk that the user misclicks in some way, intending to drag it, or clicking nearby, and getting an unwanted result. As there is no animation, it looks as if it disappears, confusing the user - especially if the user did not not of this feature (unrelated, however).

To save users unaware of this feature from trouble, this functionality should be changed to double-clicking.
