buildout configuration file for instant deployment

The staging server should be updated with buildout in a single step, with the HTTP server, logs, data directories configured with one command. The buildout configuration has to be created for that.

virtualenv and pip with requirements will do a nice deployment. There is nothing that can't be installed by pip and now it's not urgent mzcms behind another web server.
