myth-setup configuration via a web browser

Currently to configure myth-setup on the backend you need to have a gui installed and either do this locally or for headless systems forward X. However this can be slow and isn't always easy for new users. The idea of this is to allow the backend to be configured via a protected web based configuration form allowing the various options to be configured etc from a web browser.
