Set xine to use xxmc driver as default when Nvidia Prop drivers are selected

Nvidia drivers do not work with the xvmc driver, because they use their own version of xvmc they call xxmc. My CPU usage dropped by 50% after setting xine to use xxmc instead of xv (from 70% to 35%). It would be a good idea to automatically set xine to use xxmc when nvidia proprietary drivers are selected.
