Easy enabling/setup of firewire devices

Currently enabling and setting up firewire is a bit of a hassle for new users, requiring that things be compiled (things being installed for compiling that would only be used that one time), and the mythbackend startup script has to be altered. While including this by default would not be a good idea (errors will occur for people without firewire), this should be easily enabled by MCC, and anything that needs compiled should be able to be downloaded pre compiled instead.

Since we now have nice things like the HD-PVR, I find firewire is less useful than ever. Thus I have decided to devote my time elsewhere. If you don't like this decision or have some thoughts feel free to speak up.
