Display test cards/patterns to finetune the display

* Collect some free test cards or make our own with a windows programm called "test card maker" <http://www.oodletuz.fsnet.co.uk/soft/tcmaker.htm> - it might run in wine, but I encountered some oddities when I tried it back then. I don't know if test cards produced by the "test card maker" would be "free" (as in "freedom").

* Additionally, tell the user how to use the test cards.

* Test cards should be accessible from the control centre or maybe from MythGallery. There's also a "test pattern DVD" available: <http://www.homecinema-fr.com/colorimetre/index_en.php>. I don't know under which licence it is put, though
