Adding grouping to mysqltuner

how to make groups -- ie, an "innodb group". This is partly for labeling purposes, but also for the purposes of having some kind of "if this check fails, skip the rest in this group". ie, if have_innodb is not YES, then skip the rest of the InnoDB checks.
