Check if a Sandbox installer runs as root

MySQL Sandbox is designed to run as unprivileged user. Running as root may create unpredictable conflicts.
For this reason, we need to add a check in all installer scripts to detect if the script is running as administrator user, and die immediately, unless explicitly allowed.
