Split the protocol decoding from the network interface

The libmysql-proxy should be split into
* libmysql-proto for network-
* libmysql-network for network-socket, -address, -backend, -connpool
* libmysql-proxy for network-mysqld, -injection
The goal is to be able to link in on the neccesary libs for network-less tools like mysql-myisam-dump which only requires file-access.
