Extend default purge to 90 days and use ARCHIVE to keep old data

Instead of just purging the data, there should be an option to copy it to an ARCHIVE table. If archive is not specified, data older than 90 days (default) will be purged. If archive is specified, then data 30 days old or more, will be moved into the archive table.
