On screen display, for web cam and DV cam

Add in myrtille the possibility of on screen display (i.e. view the CAM display on Myrtille application) . This new feature can make more easy the use of myrtille and image capture. The user have on the computer display the CAM view, and can directly take the picture, wiyhout checking on CAM.
This feature can be possible for DV Cams and Web Cams.
This feature can be implemente threw the usage of gstreamer
