Support MySQL installations spanning multiple filesystems

Right now, mylvmbackup assumes that all the MySQL related data is on one filesystem (and thus on one LV and thus VG). That doesn't have to be so. It's conceiveable (and on my ZFS system reality) that every (or just some) databases are on distinct filesystems.
