Shipment of binary logs

Allow mydumper to maintain a local incremental copy of binlogs from a remote server.
Additional functionality may include actual purging of binlogs once they're shipped to backup location.
Probably something like --binlogs-directory would be needed.

Added --binlogs (-b) and --binlog-outdir (-d).
Finds all binlogs, creates jobs for them and downloads them.
Note: This will still show as connected on the server until another event happens, as far as I can tell this is a server bug.
